Since 1996, Kelly has been a devoted nurse, and her passion for patient care shines through in every aspect of her work. Kelly specializes in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, utilizing her expertise to provide our clients with natural and stunning results. Her talents also extend to Kybella, and Sculptra, offering a wide range of treatments to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. In her free time, Kelly enjoys staying active by working out and basking in the sun. Her love for outdoor activities adds a vibrant and energetic touch to her compassionate and dedicated approach to nursing. With Kelly’s warm and friendly personality, clients feel at ease and comfortable during their treatments. Her genuine care and wealth of experience make her a valuable asset to our team, and we are proud to have her as an integral part of our clinic. Meet Nikki, our skilled and caring registered nurse, and a proud mom of two. With a background as a labor and delivery nurse, Nikki has a wealth of experience in patient care and a natural instinct for nurturing. Having found her passion in the world of aesthetics, Nikki now specializes in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, offering clients transformative treatments that enhance their natural beauty. Her commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques ensures that she delivers the best and most effective care to each individual. As a dedicated mother and experienced nurse, Nikki’s empathy and understanding shine through in her interactions with clients. Allie is a licensed esthetician and laser technician with eight years of experience, including five years at Fountain of Youth. She specializes in creating customized treatment plans using the latest technologies in skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, body contouring, and wellness therapies. Allie is passionate about helping clients achieve real, lasting results. She is committed to continuing education and providing personalized care, and is known for her approachable, efficient style that helps every client feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.

ashleigh

Meet Ashleigh, our warm and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator who brings over two decades of customer service experience to our team. Married for over 19 years and a devoted mother of four, Ashleigh knows the importance of creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all our visitors. Her affectionate nature extends to everyone she meets, and she can’t wait to greet you with a smile when you arrive for your appointment. Ashleigh’s positive outlook on life and her ability to find joy in the simple things make her a true asset to our team. Whether you’re a regular client or a first-time visitor, you can expect a warm and friendly welcome from Ashleigh, who genuinely looks forward to meeting and assisting each person who walks through our doors.

Tracy

As a proud mother of four, she has dedicated 30 years to raising her family while balancing the day-to-day operations of her husband's construction business. Managing office administration and business operations helped her develop a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to keep multiple priorities running smoothly. Known as the integrator and for always stepping in to help those in need, she believes in serving others with compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude. Whether coordinating projects, supporting a team, managing operations, or building relationships, she brings dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Zohra

Zohra Wardak, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetics, wellness and patient-centered care. Zohra earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing with honors from George Washington University. Her clinical background began in critical care nursing, where she spent several years caring for patients in high-acuity settings, developing strong clinical judgment, attention to detail and her compassionate approach that continues to define her practice today. After transitioning into family practice and aesthetic medicine, Zohra expanded her expertise to include advanced injectables, wellness optimization and hormone replacement therapy. She is also a certified Evexias Health Solutions provider with a special interest in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, metabolic health and overall wellness. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as a nursing instructor for the University of Michigan School of Nursing where she enjoys mentoring and educating future nurses. Known for her thoughtful and educational approach, Zohra believes that aesthetic and wellness treatments should never be “one-size-fits-all”. She prioritizes patient education, informed decision-making and individualized treatment planning to help each patient feel empowered and confident throughout their journey. Whether focusing on facial balancing, injectables, hormone optimization, or wellness therapies, her goal is always to create natural, personalized results that align with each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle. Zohra is deeply committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest evidence-based research, techniques and advancements in aesthetic and wellness medicine. Her philosophy combines science, artistry and patient advocacy to provide safe, comprehensive and highly individualized care.

Ava

Ava Temple - RN, BSN is a registered nurse and aesthetic injector with a background in emergency medicine, perioperative nursing, and plastic surgery. Her passion lies in helping patients enhance their natural beauty through personalized treatment plans and subtle, confidence-boosting results. Ava believes that aesthetic medicine is about balancing facial harmony—not changing what makes someone uniquely beautiful. She is committed to continuing education and staying current on the latest techniques to provide safe, evidence-based care with exceptional outcomes. Outside the treatment room, Ava enjoys fitness, wellness, golf, and spending time with her husband and their son, Gino.

Tasha

Meet Tasha, one of our warm, welcoming smile you will encounter as our Front Desk Coordinator. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist, she is highly trained in clinical patient care and health education. Tasha brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and a passion for aesthetic wellness to the front desk by understanding that feeling confident starts with a bright, healthy smile and radiant skin. Whether she is scheduling your treatments or answering your skincare questions, her warm and comforting nature will instantly put you at ease. Her favorite part of the day? Welcoming clients with a smile and watching them leave feeling cared for, refreshed, and with a newfound confidence. Outside of the spa, she loves sunshine, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family, and friends.

Jamie

Meet Jamie, one of our Front Desk Coordinator and a long-time Fountain of Youth client. With more than 36 years as a professional hairstylist, she brings warmth, experience, and a lifelong passion for beauty to our front desk. Jamie is dedicated to making everyone feel their best through a simple, time-tested approach rooted in care, kindness, a commitment to service, and a little laughter. (Want to see this approach in action? Stop in and say hi!). Jamie has been married for over 26 years and is a proud mom to one grown son. When she’s not here brightening your day, you can find her behind the chair working her magic or on the golf course enjoying the sunshine.
