Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Show Policy

Due to our busy schedules, we have updated our cancellation/rescheduling/no show policy. This has been put in place in order to best serve our clients as well as respect the time of our employees. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for clients based off of specific needs. We understand that unexpected events occur occasionally. We would like to be fair to our employees and our clients so the following policies have been put into place at Fountain of Youth. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no show policy. If you fail to meet our cancellation policy guidelines, your credit card will be charged accordingly. If you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows the opportunity for a provider to see another client at that scheduled time. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a cancelation fee as follows

  • $50 for services up to 30 minutes
  • $100 for services 30 to 60 minutes
  • $150 for services more than 60 minutes

All appointments must be secured with a credit card on file.

Late Policy

We understand that life gets crazy and unexpected events arise. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, your procedure/numbing time may be shortened and/or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. The appointment may have to be rescheduled which is done at the providers discretion. We will do our best to accommodate you as soon as we can, but reserve the right to reschedule late appointments, as we respect our providers time as much as we respect yours. The cancelation/No Show Policy may be applied.

No Children Policy

For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we ask that young children do not accompany clients to their appointments. Their safety as well as yours is our utmost concern. We strive to give each client the best experience possible while at FOY. Please make arrangements prior to your scheduled time. If there is a need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the cancellation/rescheduling guidelines. 24 hour notice is a must!

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on our services or products.
